Principles of data processing at F. & M. Lautenschläger GmbH & Co. KG
(as of 26.05.2025)
In order to fulfill our information obligations in accordance with Art. 12 ff. of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), we are pleased to provide you with the following information on data processing and data protection:
Which of your data do we process? And for what purpose?
If we have received data from you, we will only process it for the purposes for which we received or collected it. You have sent us an e-mail and we process the data contained therein (name, e-mail address, content) for the purpose of responding to your request.
We also regard this request as consent to such processing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). If you no longer wish to receive a reply from us, you can withdraw this consent at any time. In this case, we will no longer contact you.
In the event of revocation, your data will be deleted unless we are legally obliged to retain it. You can ask us about these obligations in your individual case at any time.
Data processing for other purposes will only be considered if the necessary legal requirements pursuant to Art. 6 (4) DSGVO are met. In this case, we will of course comply with any information obligations pursuant to Art. 13 (3) DSGVO and Art. 14 (4) DSGVO.
To which recipients is the data forwarded?
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the contract with you. This relates to companies that provide services for us, e.g. our tax consultant or lawyer. These service providers will only use your data on our behalf and never for their own purposes.
Where is the data processed?
Your personal data is processed by us exclusively in data centers in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Your rights as a “data subject”
You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you.
In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require proof from you that you are the person you claim to be.
Furthermore, you have a right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing, insofar as you are legally entitled to do so.
Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing within the framework of the legal requirements. The same applies to the right to data portability.
In particular, you have the right to object to the processing of your data in connection with direct advertising in accordance with Art. 21 (1) and (2) DSGVO if this is based on a balancing of interests.
